Who we are
PixelPress is an independent digital outlet covering video game, tech and geek-culture news, published in Spanish and English. We follow the industry day to day —releases, updates, announcements, hardware and trends— and report it clearly and usefully.
Our coverage is organized into verticals: games, tech, geek culture (pop culture, comics, anime and everything around fandom), business (industry moves) and deals (relevant promotions and price drops). Stories without an individual byline are published by the editorial team; signed reviews have their own author page.
Editorial policy
- Primary sources first. We prioritize official statements, studio and company pages, and specialist outlets, and cite sources at the end of each story.
- Verification. We cross-check key facts before publishing and do not publish a claim we cannot back with a source.
- Rumors kept apart. When information is not officially confirmed, we say so explicitly in the text and do not present it as fact.
- Deals and affiliates. Stories with affiliate links say so next to the link.
Transparency about AI
Some of our stories are written with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, based on cited sources; all of them go through human editorial review and approval before being published. Signed reviews are the work of their author.
Corrections policy
If we find or are told about an error, we fix it in the story itself as soon as possible. If you spot a wrong fact, a misattributed quote or content we should review, write to contacto@pixelpress.news with the link to the story and what should change.
Review methodology
Reviews are scored from 1 to 5 stars and reflect the opinion of the reviewer after playing the game. We state the platform played on and flag when the text contains spoilers.
